FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL
Stephen Meyer founded Strobel Capital Partners to bring institutional-grade financing expertise directly to commercial real estate sponsors and business owners. With 20+ years experience in banking and commercial finance, Stephen has a proven track record of structuring and closing complex transactions across the full spectrum of asset classes.
Over the course of his career, Stephen has arranged more than $500 million in commercial real estate debt — spanning bridge, construction, agency, CMBS, and permanent financing — across geographies and property types. He is known for his ability to identify the right capital source quickly, structure deals efficiently, and close with speed and certainty.
Prior to founding SCP, Stephen built deep relationships across the lending community through his work in commercial banking and finance.
